A 3-month community course
What is your life purpose? How do you embody it, and do you do it through your work, or outside of it?
If these questions don’t feel easy to answer, don’t worry— they’re not meant to be! Our purpose is something we have to live into, re-discover and re-affirm, every day. Luckily, there are allies and guides along the way. Astrology is one of the greatest among them.
This course teaches you the fundamentals of astrology so you can learn the fundamental reasons you are here. At the same time, the course encourages to put your purpose into action. Through the space of a supportive community, you will have a practicing ground to hone various skills related to your purpose. In this way, the course is part class, part creative space.
Space is limited to 14 people to allow for specialized attention. Priority goes to QT/BIPOC.
We are all born with a roadmap guiding us to our calling.
This map is the birth chart. It is an exact imprint of the sky at the exact moment you were born. We all need guides through life, and that is what your birth chart is. A living, breathing guide as you navigate your life direction.
In particular, we are all navigating a time of great change, a turning point in human history that will decide what kind of future is possible on this planet. In the midst of this, you have something important to offer. Your birth chart ensures it, and your birth chart tells the story of what that offering is.
On Purpose will teach you the astrology you need to unravel this story. This course is a community space to encourage each other as we all live into our greater purpose. It is an interactive course designed for co-learning, collective inquiry, and sharing our gifts with each other. Together, let us answer our callings.

Time & Commitment:
The course is held on Thursdays from September 9 to December 2, 4-6pm PT
Over 3 months, we will gather for weekly classes that last 2 hours each. After each class, there is an optional 30-minute afterparty you can participate in to connect with folks in a less structured space.
There will be weekly home-study exercises between classes. These are meant to help you integrate the learnings from class, and there will be relational activities to help you enact your purpose with others from the class. Expect to spend an additional 1-2 hours per week on these assignments.
In total, you could estimate spending 3-5 hours per week on the course.
Basic Requirements:
Come with a basic understanding of the 12 signs.
Attend all sessions.
Make space to do home-study exercises as well as relational activities between classes.

Suggested Rates: $569 solidarity rate, if you have limited finances due to structural oppression. $789 base rate, if you have modest finances / can finance your own participation. $1199 abundance rate, if you have class privilege (paying this rate makes space for those unable to pay the base rate). Elders come for free.
The base rate reflects the hours of care and energy poured into designing the curriculum, facilitating the class, communicating with participants, and giving each person a private 1-on-1 consultation.
This course sets a fundraising goal of $9,650. This is the amount needed to make the program sustainable over the 4 months it takes to prepare and teach it. Thank you for making this possible! At a bare minimum, the course will need to bring in $7,175 to proceed. The labor budget is shared here for transparency.
